ABSTRACT
DEAR EDIToR,-The past year distinguished itself in Germany in regard to the Woman Question only in a negative sense. While the women in England a.re taking an active part in politics, while the women of South Australia and even of the State of the Mormons of Utah have got the suffrage, the German police are dissolving working women's unions, which only occupy themselves in a secondary sense with politics.
