ABSTRACT
To this memorial the standing committee of the Senate had replied that they would be prepared to entertain the proposal favourably, provided the membership of the Union is limited to the male graduates and students of the University. But before giving any final or definite sanction they would wish to ha.ve before them a detailed plan, showing exactly what arrangements and rules it is proposed to make.
