ABSTRACT
Each working day a pilot can expect to be teamed up with a different set of individuals, many of whom they will never have met. Each person in the team has a specific role and rank, and these roles are an important factor in the development of the relationship between the team members. In the context of the pilot work force, the dynamic refers to the relationships formed through these interactions on a given workday.
