Diseases Acts in England have now, in consequence of their work being done, been dissolved, but an English branch of the federation has been organised with the object of abolishing the remnants of the regulation syatem in our own empire and of co-operating with the Continental and other branches of the Federation for the destruction of the system throughout the world. ·
