SOARBOROUGH.-An active committee is now in existence in Scarborough, and we learn with pleasure that they have not only been successful in re-electing Miss M. G. HOPKINS, who was guardian last year, but also a lady colleague, Miss THom>soN. Several small district meetings to discuss the question have been held.
