LEcTURES.-Lectures have been given by Miss Becker at the Hull United Libe1·al Club, on .January 12th, and by Miss J. G. Wilkinson at Merthyr Tydvil, on December 16th.
THE representatives of the Aberdare, Merthyr, and Dowlais Miners' ARsociation passtd at a meeting the following among many resolutions:-" That this meeting highly approves of extending the franchise to the women ; and that it instructs our agent to do all that he can to get up meetings for Miss Jeanette G. "'\Vilkinson, to advocate her claims on behalf of the Woman'R Suffrage Association."
