KINGS' COLLEGE LECTURES FOR LADIES. These classes have been held by the kind permission

of the Kensington Vestry in the Vestry Hall for two terms, and the following list gives the number of students up to the present date :-

The classes held in the Lent term were attended by 626 students-the net fees being £581, of which £435 was paid to the Lecturers, and £146 to the defraying of general expenses. The amount realised in the Easter term, now running, has been £448 from 515 students; so that, on the same proportion of fees, the Lecturers will receive about £332 and the expenses fund £117. The expenses of the Drst term left a balance in favour of the Treasurer of £30. If those of the second term should prove to be a little less, that balance might perhaps be increased to £60, as the result of the twofirst terms' working.
