Bench have made an order directing that one moiety of the next payment of the pension to which the MajorGeneral is entitled, shall be paid by the Paymaster General to the Guardians of the West Ham Union, to indemnify them for the relief they have advanced. Thus, it seems. the Guardians have a claim which the wife has not in her own person, for a share in the "worldly goods" with which she was supposed to have been "endowed" in maniage.
