ABSTRACT
This final chapter provides an overview of key themes presented by all the criminal professionals interviewed. Similarities and/or differences in themes between the various professionals in different professional environments and time periods will be highlighted. Additionally, recommendations for future female criminal justice leaders, based on the narrative feedback, will be presented. Finally, policy recommendations will be provided to enhance positive employment experiences for those employed in the criminal justice field.
