ABSTRACT
A crowded and influential public meeting was held in Brecon on Janual'Y 27th, in the Town Hall, the chair was taken by Mr. Hugh Powell Powel, of Castle Madoc, and the meeting was addressed by Miss Sturge, Professor Morris, Aliss Beedy, the Rev. J. B. Jones, and others.
