ABSTRACT
J u s t as Islam occupies the whole area of the Near East and has thus given its own peculiar culture to that special region of Asia in which the North-West Frontier stands, so in the same manner the HinduBuddhist culture, which had its origin in India, has spread all over the Far East. The vast population of China shares with India, on that account, the reputation of being the most peace-loving in all the world.
