ABSTRACT
This section includes updates of cases, statutes, and events pertaining to the marine environment, in domestic and international waters. Three updates are of particular note over the past year and a half. Most important of these is the passage of the Sunken Military Craft Act1 in October 2004. There was one case of note prior to the passage of the act, and there were developments in an agreement regarding the RMS Titanic. The updates are set forth below.
