ABSTRACT
In this brief article, Du Bois rejects Robert Russa Moton’s (Booker T. Washington’s successor as head of Tuskegee Institute) acceptance of the inherent superiority of the White Race. Instead, he argues that justice and equal opportunity should be given to Blacks. He asserts that the United States should end its colonial involvement around the world, including in places such as Africa.
