ABSTRACT
Du Bois here reviews the history of International Pan-African Conferences held since the London Conference of 1900. Regarding the conference to be held in the fall of 1921, he believes that globally there will develop a larger and more concerted demand for political rights and economic freedom among those of African origin and descent.
