ABSTRACT
This article is a manifesto presented at the Second Pan-African Congress. It calls for the absolute physical, political, and social equality of the races. Du Bois argues that if it is proven that segregation is best between the Races, then the White nations and people of the world need to allow the “darker races” to follow their own destiny without the interference of the White Race.
