Hur? series) edited by Sverker Janson and Erik Lundberg provides a good general archaeological guide to selected prehistoric sites of all periods throughout Sweden. Images of the Past (1990), Uddevala: Bohusläns Museum by John Coles in association with Lasse Bengtsson, published in both English and Swedish, provides a useful guide to the rock carvings and other prehistoric monuments of northern Bohuslän including a number of dolmens and passage graves.
