ABSTRACT
Ș Definition: Offers a technique in creative thinking in which group members storm a problem with their brains. Ș When Used: Used to get new ideas and release individual potentialities in thinking up ideas. Ș Preparation: The leader and members of the planning group select suitable problems or questions on the topic selected by the entire group. Ș Procedure: The leader explains to the group the meaning of brainstorming and the following rules: 1.) Criticism is out of bounds. 2.) The more ideas, the better chance of having some good ones. 3.) Freewheeling is welcomed. The wilder the idea, the better. 4.) Hitchhiking is legitimate. If you can improve on someone else’s ideas, then so much the better. 5.) The leader rings a bell when one of the above rules is violated. 6.)The recorder lists the ideas. Then, types the list and brings it to the next meeting. Ș Limitation: This form can be utilized as only a part of the class.
