ABSTRACT
There is more to your role as tutor than advancing the research agenda. You must also tutor the group process. This begins with various icebreaking and community-building exercises. It does not end there. You must teach students to focus their attention, to organize their discussion, to keep records, and to evaluate their efforts. In short, you tutor them on managing the group process.
