ABSTRACT
Finally, assessment is good teaching practice. Most teachers seek out some kind of feedback from their students as they strive to improve their teaching. Assessment techniques systematize this. Faculty who continuously adjust their approach in response to student feedback will narrow the communication gap between the learned and the learners.
