ABSTRACT
The first thing I noticed as I swooped into Bird Mountain Village was the new alignment of houses. I was disoriented at first until I sorted out the changes. I perched on the bird pole to get a better perspective on the changed shape of the village. Birdwing’s house was gone, and had been replaced by another a bit farther from the dance ground. Tall Sister’s house was missing, too, but two new houses had sprung up in the second row beside those of Cockleshell and Seaweed.
