ABSTRACT
This is a work of fiction that explores topics, characters, and situations I have discovered in the course of my career as an archaeologist in Japan and collector of Japanese swords. Nothing in this story should be taken as fact, but if the topics addressed prove interesting, their realities can be investigated in a larger number of books.
