ABSTRACT

Stepping from his chauffeured car, Odagiri Satoshi walked smartly through the glass doors of the Odagiri Building Number Seven and strode toward his office. No press photographers were waiting for him this morning, but Odagiri still made an effort to look confident and energetic. His personal secretary met him in the lobby of his primary office building and passed along some bits of news as they made their way to Odagiri’s private office. Everyone they passed bowed and said, “Good morning, Mr. President.” Odagiri returned these greetings with smiles and nods, but he moved along swiftly. Only after entering his office and closing the door did Odagiri let himself acknowledge the stress he felt this morning.
