ABSTRACT

William Crow and Herminia Wei-Hsin Din are no strangers to the field of online learning. Crow is responsible for K-12 programming at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City, and teaches both Museum Studies courses at Johns Hopkins and Media Studies courses at The New School. Din is Associate Professor of Art Education at the University of Alaska Anchorage and specializes in distance and online learning for museums. She was co-editor of The Digital Museum: A Think Guide, published by the AAM Press in 2007. Crow and Din together wrote Unbound by Place or Time: Museums and Online Learning, also published by AAM in 2009.
