ABSTRACT
Evaluation. Let’s come to terms with it, both in the sense of defining what we do when we evaluate, and in understanding its use as a tool for growth and change. The word “evaluation” is apt to drop like a stone among us, sending out visible ripples of anxiety. It suggests an alien process, interfering with our enjoyment of our work, and threat' ening to strip us bare before unfriendly eyes.
