If you’ve read the chapters, you already understand that a truly special visitor experience, one that is available nowhere else, is the way to meet your goals. Even if you already offer a great experience, you’ll find ideas here for making it better. If your visitor experience is less than perfect, you know that you need to make changes, but you might not know where to begin. The exercises that follow will help you apply the information to your site. The outlines at the end of this section will lead you through the process of change. While each chapter builds on the previous ones, the chapters can stand alone. So, if one topic is particularly interesting to you, feel free to read that chapter or do those exercises first.
