Relatively few objects were collected during the surveys. However, the ala­ baster bowls and clay ‘boxes* and rattle (Fig. 33, 1-4) from the northern sites of Tor Warai, Shahr Sardar and Saiyed Maurez (Sites 11, 17 and 18) were particularly appropriate to what is currently known about their cultural background in the late fourth to early third millennia.
