ABSTRACT
To understand the physiological data collected with the polygraph, the examiner should have a basic understanding of physiology, especially the central nervous system, cardiovascular system, integumentary system, and respiratory system. It would take volumes to properly cover the human physiology. This chapter on physiology is written to give a simplified understanding of a very complex topic.
