ABSTRACT
All data are to be managed. This process has to follow four successive steps as listed below:
i Data collection ii Data analysis iii Data representation iv Data interpretation
Data are series of measurements, observations, information and messages. Based on their form these can be quantitative and qualitative. Quantitative data are to be understood in the conventional sense of being in the nature of statistics. Research students are already familiar with it. Qualitative data are, however, a fresh concept and call for elaboration.
