ABSTRACT
Greenhouse gases occur at every turn within our industry and come from many sources: electricity from the grid, burning up fuel in our portable generators, gas in our kitchens, fuel in vehicles, and the big one – from production and attendee air travel. They’re hidden in our materials and supplies, in the food we serve, the water we use and processing of the waste we create.
