Everyday Sustainability is based on people taking care about what they do and then looking for ways to do better or to innovate. By adopting this approach of continuous improvement, the organisation's Energy Productivity Key Performance Indicator can start going up. Not everyone will need support, and, more importantly, not everyone will know that they need support. Support includes letting people know there is no shame in asking for help and also that help is available without criticism or admonishment. The corporate communications framework may release more information, and the organisation may start to review plans for a larger rollout for the training and support system required. The support framework can be linked to both the training programme as well as the project communications. In addition, the project team members, facilitators and trainers will also need training on how to spot people who need help.
