ABSTRACT
This chapter brings out the findings of the Indian team as part of a larger study on the institutional strengthening of the offices of labour attachés of India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh under the auspices of The Migrating Out of Poverty Research Programme Consortium, based at the University of Sussex (Abrar et al., 2014).
