ABSTRACT

As part of the study on the integrity of leaders and the servant leadership style, we conducted a survey in two different types of formal organisations, namely for-profit and non-profit. The acquired results were then, to a certain extent, also verified by the qualitative approach. Among for-profit organisations, we were able to carry out surveys in several Slovenian companies, while among non-profit organisations, we were able to conduct surveys in one state organisation that operates in the field of providing security.
