ABSTRACT

It is important to create a clean up system for the end of class that happens in the same way every time. At the end of class, the student collects their equipment and replaces it properly within the bag. The harnesses are taken off and, during the floor cool down and response period, laid out in the classroom – not in sunlight – to dry. At the end of class, each harness is placed in its own bag, which allows for further drying due to venting in the bag and also ensures that the harness doesn't get pulls or tears in it during storage. At the end of class, helmets are taken off and towel dried. They are left in the cabinet upside down with the attachment points lying out to the sides of the helmet.
