ABSTRACT
This chapter relates to the fourth research question and focuses on descriptions of creativity important to knowledge work. It argues there is no one view of creativity for knowledge work and it requires specific skills, abilities, and personalities. It notes that creative workers require ongoing support and creative work may be collaborative and/or independent.
