ABSTRACT

Regular exercise can assist the treatment of many health conditions, including secondary prevention of coronary heart disease, stroke rehabilitation, treatment for heart failure and prevention of diabetes as well as improving symptoms for back pain, chronic kidney disease and osteoarthritis. Developing healthy behaviours will strengthen nurses body and help they deal with their condition. Healthy behaviours might help prevent they from getting any additional health condition that will complicate matters a lot more. The good news is that it doesn’t take hours of painful, sweat-soaking exercise to achieve health benefits. Even short periods of moderate physical activity can improve health and fitness, reduce disease risk and boost mood.
