Sec\:. 2. ena8s, that if they fhall refufe or neglea to make and yield up an account verified as aforefaid, within the time limited, or to payor deliver over fuch fum or fums of money, goods, chattels, and other things in their hand, two or morc juftices may commit them to the common gaol until they do.
