ABSTRACT
John P. Anchan is Professor of Education and Associate Dean of the Faculty of Education, University of Winnipeg, Canada. He has served as Director of Education, Executive Director of the University’s Centre for Teaching, Learning & Technology, Acting Dean of the Faculty and past-President of HETL. Besides journal articles, his books include Exploring the Role of the Internet in Global Education (primary author and co-authored with S. Halli; NY: Edwin Mellen Press); Change Forces in Post-Communist Central Europe: Education in Transition (co-edited with M. Fullan and E.
