ABSTRACT
We cannot attain to happiness so long as we seek it, we cannot avoid seeking whatever we believe to be the greatest blessing. We must choose right simply because it is right, and cling to it through bitter sorrow, and if at last it is crowned with joy, that is God's affair, not ours, except as a cause of thankfulness.
