ABSTRACT

The purpose of this book is to develop a comprehensive understanding of diagnostics for strategic decision-making, with a focus upon a method entitled Rapid Due Diligence. Diagnostics are dened as the practice of critical organizational analysis and identication of opinions, conclusions, and supporting evidence for strategic decision-making. The Rapid Due Diligence diagnostic method is an intense, complex, strategic process of investigative discovery, analysis, synthesis, and interpretation that engages all of the typical postgraduate disciplines in producing insights within a short period of time for decision-making and practical application.
