ABSTRACT

W when the bridge in Westchester County was completed, my job was over; but fortunately, just about that time, Holben-Chute decided to bid on bridge jobs, and took me in at a very nice wage, $10,000 a year, which at that time, in 1953, was very real money indeed. I was thirty-five years old, in good health, with a good job. I had finished my labors with Dr. Lieberman, and my head appeared to be screwed on reasonably well.
