ABSTRACT
Privatization is regulated by the state privatization program set forth in 1993 (Decree of the Parliament N 1333-XII). This program includes full privatization by vouchers of small-, medium-, and large-scale enterprises, partial privatization through private investors of nineteen enterprises (up to 20 percent of their equity), the completion of thirty-seven unfinished enterprises funded by hard currency, and the privatization of housing.
