ABSTRACT

Research into the resistance to market relations was undertaken by the author at the Academy of National Economy. It was not provoked by a purely theoretical interest, but rather by a practical implication of the problem as reflected in the process of training. In order to make the trainees of the academy, who are practical managers, ready for the advancing market, it is essential to be aware of their doubt, which makes them stick to the old methods and attitudes rather than reject them in management practices once and for all. To be ready for the advancing market means, instead, to wholeheartedly trust the advent and development of market relations.
