ABSTRACT

One of the most important of the declared principles of the Tallinn School of Managers is the absence of a training program as a normative document. Teachers (or, more accurately, instructors who conduct the training) do not have the right to decide in advance what material they will be giving the next day, what training exercises or games they will be conducting. The prohibition of exact syllabi or curricula throughout the training period should orient instructors to be flexible in their teaching, to take account of the specific makeup of their audience, of the students' reactions and moods and their ability to assimilate various material.
