ABSTRACT
The construction of the Three Gorges Project (TGP) needs exactly how much investment? What are the economic benefits of such investment? How can such investment be recovered? These are vital issues that must be resolved. They are also some of the focal points of controversy between the proponents and opponents of the TGP.
