ABSTRACT
The creation of a new sociopolitical thinking, based on the further elaboration of the concept of accelerating social development, and its broad propagation among the masses of managers and rank-and-file workers, is an essential element of restructuring. Experience shows that, under the conditions of socialism, advancement of talents and capabilities is not accomplished without a struggle of opinions, passions, interests, of contradictory, sometimes mutually exclusive points of view. The healthy political forces of socialist society have an interest in the development of talents, whose activity produces results that enrich the working people and contribute to the development of their needs and capabilities. A special feature of socialist society as a whole is the increased role played by politics. Under the conditions of victorious socialism a constant concrete sociological analysis of this chain of relationships is important not only in politics, but also in all spheres of social activity.
