The money belonging to a citizen by right of personal ownership is spent on food, various purchases, services from personal service shops, transportation fees and housing rental. The right of personal property is the right of a citizen, granted under force of law, to possess, use, and dispose of property with the aim of satisfying personal needs. The right of personal ownership is related to the category of such rights which may belong only to citizens. Limiting norms are also established for the amount of livestock which may be under personal ownership. The dimensions of the plots of land which are granted to citizens for personal dwelling construction are strictly limited. The law establishes the maximum dimensions for the dwelling or the part which may belong to the ownership of a citizen.
