ABSTRACT

This year marks the tenth anniversary of the signing of a number of intergovernmental agreements between the USSR and Argentina; these agreements have served as a basis for the dynamic development of commercial and economic relations between the two countries in the following years. Among them are the Agreement on the Development of Commercial and Economic and Scientific-Technical Cooperation, the Agreement on the Delivery of Machinery and Equipment by the USSR to Argentina, the Agreement on Scientific-Technical Cooperation (all three signed on February 13, 1974), and the Agreement on Merchant Shipping August 24, 1974.
