ABSTRACT

This chapter presents a qualitative analysis of presidents’ daily lives, forecasts. It focuses on the economy and society, attitudes toward group administration and manpower development, relations with other executives, and recognition of the problems and particularities of their firms—all which affect their decision-making—and from this analysis several hypotheses will be drawn about the behavior and ways of thinking of the presidents of today. Being prepared to become a company of the host country is important, and technology which is in the national interest of the host country should be transferred to it. The entrance of American businesses entailed outflows of capital and the firms remained American and hence failed”. The composition and functions of top management vary from firm to firm, so generalizations are difficult. If an enterprise is to survive and grow in a rapidly changing environment, various business goals must be fulfilled.
