ABSTRACT
I appreciate the opportunity to discuss a unique experiment in nonunion employee representation at Delta Air Lines, a unique American company. First, I would like to give you a brief overview of our company and then describe the Delta Personnel Board Council and the Flight Attendant Forum as they relate to the issues being presented in this book.
