ABSTRACT
Japan has elements of a matrilineal system, where mothers hold power. That means women occupy a powerful position inside the home. MWOn the other hand, Japanese society incorporates the samurai-based danson johi that originated in neo-Confucianism. In Japan, people operate by a sixth sense. The strategies and approaches may be different, but we aren’t that different from each other.
